Two More Workers Killed in Electrical Accidents In unrelated incidents, two workers have been killed. In Pennsylvania a man was killed while working on top of a diesel tank. As reported in the Insurance Journal, in a second incident, a worker in Pine Bluff, Arkansas died after he was electrocuted at a cottonseed oil plant.
